Shipping & Returns


The shipping will preferably be by NACEX or FedEx, depending on the country of destination. During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to choose (if available) the shipping that option you prefer. If you prefer to use your carrier, please contact us.
Delivery times vary from the next day to 5 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information when the your order is sent.

The orders are usually shipped immediately. If the item is not available, the expected delivery time is 2 weeks, otherwise this information will be on the dedicated product page. In any case, you can always contact us for an update on deadlines.

If the shipping address is outside the EU, customs and other local taxes may apply. We are not responsible for providing any information, estimates or details about these fees. We suggest that you contact your local customs authorities.


In case you want to return (if applicable) the products, please contact us and you will receive an RMA. Please note that we do not accept any package sent to us that is not properly identified with an RMA.
It is recommended to pack the equipment correctly and we suggest you use a traceable shipping method.
The refund will be processed after receiving and confirming the good condition of the equipment. We reserve the right to charge a fee if the above conditions do not apply.
